For orders within India, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for 1-2 day delivery.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1000 within India.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly through your 'My Account' dashboard if you are a registered user.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Log into your account, navigate to 'Order History', select the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@twentififthr.com.
We provide free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. For general returns or exchanges, a nominal reverse-shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
Jewellery Care & Materials
Our artificial jewellery is crafted from high-quality brass or copper alloys and heavily electroplated with 18k gold, rose gold, or rhodium for a premium, long-lasting finish. We use high-grade cubic zirconia for our sparkling stones.
To maintain the shine of your pieces, keep them away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove them before showering or swimming. Store them in the original soft pouch or a lined jewellery box when not wearing.
Yes, all our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, and designed to minimize allergic reactions for sensitive skin.
