Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, here is how we can help.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: Custom-made pieces, engraved items, and sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your TWENTIFIFTH R account and navigate to your Order History.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click the "Request Return" button and fill out the required reason for return.
  4. Once approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, we deeply apologize. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

General Returns (Change of Mind): For instances where you simply changed your mind or the item didn't suit you, a nominal reverse-shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Refunds Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
